Happy Halloween ... in February ... using Dressables Dies from Tonic Studios

A wee while back, Jodie launched the very successful Dressables Dies from Tonic Studios and I had great fun playing with the die collection, so much so that I was determined to make projects that were a little bit different and making a Halloween card in January, definitely fits that bill 😁

My witchy character herself was made from the a range of dies from the Essential collection however I decided to cut her from green card adding definition with Safari Green hybrid ink and putting a little more detail in to her eyes. Now her clothes are from both the boys and girls collections; her skirt in particular, is made using multiple layers of the pirate trousers with   mousse highlights. As a finishing touch, I have added Halloween themed extras from 'Spooktacular Coffin Treat Box' dies

I have placed my witch resting against a coffin - from Spooktacular Treat Box - and then added some more spooky extras: bats, spiders, webs, skulls, all having Nuvo mousse highlights. The backing papers& other digi images are from a Polkadoodles collection dating back to 2013!

By now you should have definitely received your dies and I am very curious to know what you have been busy making with them - do share your inspiration as it's fabulous to see how everyone uses the dies.

Have a great weekend whatever your plans are,

Lou
