Many "Blessings" to you all at Christmas

Time has flown by and Christmas has been and gone and now we have the New Year celebrations to look forward to ... I do love watching or even recording (as we are going out) the Jules Holland Show. Not sure why, but this programme has begun to signify the end of one year and the beginning of the new. We all have our own little traditions I suppose. Sadly no snow over Christmas and I think one year it would be wonderful to open the curtains on Christmas Day to see a white glistening carpet but until then, I can always tune in to the countless films on TV and immerse myself.

Well whilst I'm still on Christmas, here is a card I made using Winnie Winterland from Polka Doodles combined with the wonderful new dies that Nikky has designed.

I have printed the imaged and then framed Winnie using the Ribbon/Gift frames & Corners die. This in turn has been mounted on to black card to make her really stand out.Next matting with paper from the Winnie Winterland collection.

Finally I used the large corner die, slipping it behind the last layer to give the appearance of a decorative larger panel ... if that makes sense ... !

The flowers are from the Bubbleicious Frames die set, cut in complimentary card with leaves cut out from the backing paper. Sentiment is also from the same collection.

Rather belatedly ... MERRY CHRISTMAS to you all,

Lou
